How do I Order?

Ordering your goods through percussion4u.co.uk is easy. Simply choose what you want and call, FAX or email us. For certain items you can also pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal where you see the "Buy Now" or "Order" (add to basket) buttons (see How do I pay below). We believe buying instruments requires more detailed information and advice,than for other products and therefore we are more than happy to discuss your requirements with you.We can also provide help with focused and bespoke training to help you get the most from your purchases.

Our friendly staff, will discuss your requirements and give you the total price including delivery.
We will then begin processing your purchase.
Alternatively you can call into our shop to discuss your requirements.

Bona-fide educational establishments can send their Official Purchase Orders by FAX, email or post to the above numbers and addresses. (Please note we offer a discount to educational establishments)

How Do I Get My Goods?

All goods are sent standard parcel post which is normally 3-4 days.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is between £5.00 and £7.50 depending on the order value. Please note we offer FREE delivery on orders over £75.00

How do I pay?

You can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal for certain items where you see the Buy Now or Order buttons.*
Otherwise Cash or cheque is preferred.
We also offer credit facilities for bona-fide educational establishments.

* If you are having problems with the PayPal link with IE6 you need to enable cookies.
